BCCs are abnormal, uncontrolled Malfunctioning lesions(growths) in the skin’s outer layer. BCCs often look like open sores, shiny bumps, scars, pink growths, red patches usually caused by sun exposure.
4 million cases of basal cell carcinoma are diagnosed in the U.S. each year.
BCC is the most common form of cancers.
